TradeCity:Toronto is an adventure based game that explores Toronto by asking Players to compete in site-specific as well as virtual challenges. There are dozens of chances to win prizes by demonstrating your gaming skills!
Trade City: Toronto beta is a live reality augmented game that takes place in the social landscape of Metro Toronto from April 1 to April 16, 2014. TradeCity: Toronto beta is a game designed to move people throughout the city where they will interact with various spaces, people, communities, initiatives, and programs. Challenges are broken up into site-specific and online challenges. As the name of the game suggests, players will be trading their time and skills in order to gain points in the game. Players are encouraged to post interactions and documentation of the all game locations through social media, and the TradeCity: Toronto website. There is a prize for the winner of the game, as well as smaller prizes that can be won throughout the game. Prize winner or not, everyone will walk away with having experienced their city in new and exciting ways.
